An overview of how to measure your product’s fit into a demanding target market successfully – providing SMEs with theoretical and practical knowledge on how to assess the degree to which their product satisfies a strong market demand, and how to improve it if necessary. With this training, the SMEs will be provided with all concepts necessary in order to be able to self-conduct a product-market fit analysis and be able to identify shortcomings effectively, through both theoretical knowledge and real-life scenarios.

Carla Sebastiani – Marketing Specialist, Sustainable Innovations
Holds a BSc in Materials Science & Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar, focused on polymeric materials & their processing technology. Has experience in carrying out marketing consultancy services, with a focal point in the Latin America, US & European regions. Possesses a strong technological background acquired through working in the digital transformation of multi-national companies, gaining a broad visual of international & multidisciplinary environments. Has experience in business development, with courses on digital marketing and agile methodologies for project management. With the right tools and mindset to understand business needs and to provide disruptive solutions, she fulfils a Project Analyst role for several EC Framework funded projects.
Marina García – Head of Marketing & Business, Sustainable Innovations
With a MSc in International Management from IE Business School, as well as a BSc in Business Administration and Management from the University of Zaragoza/ESCE Business School, she is currently responsible for the Marketing department at Sustainable Innovations, carrying out innovation consultancy services for small and medium enterprises devoted to providing solutions within the Agri-food, Advanced Materials, and Industry 4.0 sectors. She has broad experience working as Foreign Trade consultant for public institutions (such as the European Patent Office and the Spanish Chamber of Commerce) and working as a Project Analyst for many other projects funded by different EC Framework Programs.
