Alexandra joined Tech Tour as a CRM manager in July 2023, setting up and overlooking the management of the CRM platform processes by project and EIC programme managers. She holds a Bachelor's degree with honors in Business Administration from American University in Bulgaria, with the concentration in Management, and two minors in Finance and Economics. She is also an alumna of a number of US-funded international exchange programmes based in Massachussets, Ohio, and Virginia. On a daily basis, Alexandra is committed to enhancing employee and customer experiences, optimising company processes, and delivering data-driven insights for long-term growth solutions.
